but why the hell would you say you can't rate it and rate it anyways. I hate when people do that. People have done that to my cartoons before and it just brings down the score. You contradict yourself when you say you can't give it a score while giving it one. Please stop that. I'm giving this a 10 to reverse the 7 you gave it.
